Round Lab's Mugwort Calming Toner is a lightweight lotion formulated to soothe, hydrate, and rebalance sensitive skin. It contains mugwort extract (Artemisia Vulgaris), known for its calming properties, as well as panthenol, betaine, and licorice to enhance skin tolerance.

Enriched with Chondrus Crispus (red algae), cocoa, cane sugar, and madecassoside, this toner helps calm redness while supporting the skin's natural moisture barrier. Its fluid texture absorbs quickly, leaving no sticky residue.

After cleansing your face with a cleanser, apply a small amount of toner to the palm of your hand and gently pat it onto your face.
