During the Joseon Dynasty, rice bran water was considered the ancestor of today's tonic. It was used to improve the beauty of the skin. Rice bran is naturally rich in amino acids and minerals, which helps moisturize dry skin.

• 2% Alpha-Arbutin: Alpha-arbutin works by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme that limits the production of melanin in the skin. It is also known for its effectiveness, 10 times greater than that of conventional beta-arbutin.
