Glide the inner eye definer along the inner lid and at the base of the lashes for a dramatic look. Use laura's "point and wiggle" motion to fill in the entire lash line at the root, creating the look of lush, extra-fruity lashes. For a softer look, draw a line above the upper lash line and blend with the smudge brush.
