After applying your foundation, place a small amount of Translucent Loose Setting Powder in the lid and gently press the Laura Mercier Velour Puff into it, folding it in half.
Warm the powder by rubbing the two folded parts of the Velour Puff together, then apply the powder to the skin using pressure and a rolling motion.
