This toner has a balancing effect just like a normal toner and at the same time exfoliates the skin very gently. This 2-in-1 product fights impurities, removes dead skin cells and ensures a more even skin tone. The PHA acid contained (3%) is also suitable for sensitive and dry skin, which can usually become irritated by AHA and BHA acids.
