Shipments and Deliveries
Deliveries by BPost
Delivery costs:
- For Belgium: € 5,25 (free for purchases over € 60)
- For the Netherlands and Luxembourg: € 6,95
- For Germany and France: € 7,95
- For the rest of Europe (except DOM TOM) : € 14,95
Our shipping times are as follows:
- For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm, the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1pm, the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For all orders placed on holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery times are 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Belgium and up to 30 days for the rest of Europe.
No home deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Cosmeticary.com makes every effort to execute orders within the time limits listed above, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
If Cosmeticary.com is not able to meet the delivery deadlines for any reason whatsoever, it will inform the customer and will offer him either to continue the purchase process with a new delivery date, or to cancel the order and refund the full amount he has paid
